Recently, DEDICA organized a legal training session on contracts at REGZA DONG NAI FACTORY at the request of China Hisense Group (parent group of the factory). Hisense is a leading electronic products manufacturing corporation in China and the world. In 2024, this group invested in opening a factory in Vietnam with the legal entity REGZA Electronics Company Limited. DEDICA is honored to be appointed as a regular legal consultant for REGZA factory. At the training session, DEDICA lawyers and factory officials and employees: Learned about requirements for contract forms and important terms in contracts; Share experiences about legal risks related to contracts and how to avoid them; Answer questions from factory officials and employees related to contract issues.
