Huynh Le Bao Tran

Tran is a Legal Associate at DEDICA, specializing in Corporate and Investment law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from the University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh City, with a solid foundation in commercial and investment law.

Before joining DEDICA, Tran worked in a corporate legal department, where she was directly involved in advising, reviewing, and preparing legal documents for business, investment, and licensing activities of both domestic enterprises and foreign investors in Vietnam. This experience has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of corporate and investment law, business licensing, and related administrative procedures.

At DEDICA, Tran supports the firm’s lawyers in advising on the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises, registration of capital contributions and share acquisitions, and obtaining operational licenses for conditional business sectors. She also participates in legal research and updates on regulatory changes affecting Vietnam’s investment environment.

With logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail in every step of case handling, Tran is dedicated to delivering precise, effective, and practical legal solutions for corporate clients.
