Giang is a Legal Associate at DEDICA, specializing in Corporate and Investment law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh City, with a solid academic foundation in commercial law, investment, and corporate operations.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Giang has strong advantages in advising and working directly with Chinese enterprises and investors. She provides comprehensive support in establishing foreign-invested enterprises, registering capital contributions and share acquisitions, as well as obtaining various investment and business licenses in Vietnam.
Before joining DEDICA, Giang gained hands-on experience by participating in legal consulting, document review, and administrative procedures for both domestic and foreign investors. This experience has given her a deep understanding of Vietnam’s investment procedures and the operational mechanisms of regulatory authorities.
