Van is a Legal Associate at DEDICA, specializing in Corporate and Investment law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and English from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, with a strong foundation in commercial and investment law, as well as bilingual communication skills for legal consulting.
Before joining DEDICA, Van gained practical experience in corporate legal affairs, directly participating in investment licensing, enterprise registration, and amendments to investment certificates for both foreign and domestic investors.
Through her work, Van has developed in-depth knowledge of corporate and investment law, as well as administrative procedures within Vietnam’s regulatory framework, enabling her to effectively assist clients in project implementation and legal compliance.
At DEDICA, Van continually hones her professional skills, combining logical thinking, linguistic ability, and meticulous attention to detail in every case. Her goal is to deliver precise, timely, and practical legal solutions that best support clients’ investment and business activities in Vietnam.
