From 1 January 2026, Decree No. 337/2025/ND-CP officially takes effect, establishing — for the first time — a comprehensive legal framework for electronic labour contracts in Vietnam.

From 1 July 2026, the national e-Labour Contract platform operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs will be officially launched, enabling enterprises to connect their internal eContract systems for authentication, ID assignment, storage, and nationwide access to electronic labour contracts.
